Hello, powerful ladies!
We are well into 2022 and I hope you’re all still working towards the goals that you set yourself at the beginning of this year and enjoying the joy that comes with it.?
Women are, obviously, the main reason we created Women Flix. It is a company that was established back in 2019 by myself, Ana and Yola when we realised that we had something in common that was a big passion of ours: this was to make the world a better place by helping women to believe in themselves and have access to resources that would help them succeed!
Today we have touched the lives of many women not only all over Europe but Africa too and we continue to focus on evolving our services to offer more and more value.?
And I am so grateful for it ;)

These aren’t just ideas, they could represent your NEW REALITY but nothing happens without action. Decide to take action today and make a change in your life. Think about all of the things that you want, take note of them and start writing down what you need to change or do to achieve them.
Health Tips
Drinking water is crucial for health and well-being, as it is essential to most of our body functions - all the cells and organs of the body need water.
Drinking enough fluids each day helps to keep our skin and hair healthy and to regulate our intestinal transit, preventing constipation. Water lubricates the joints, delivers oxygen throughout the body, regulates body temperature, prevents kidney damage - its advantages are numerous!
No universally agreed quantity of water must be consumed daily - you need to listen to your body and drink whatever fits your needs. However, there is a recommendation to drink 6 to 8 cups of water per day. And remember, fresh fruits and vegetables and all non-alcoholic fluids also count ;)

Thoughtful Ideas
We all know and have heard about “To-Do Lists” but what if we also started writing “Not-To-Do Lists”?!?
It sounds crazy, right? But why not? Why not get used to saying no and letting the universe see that you are intentional about everything in your life today, tomorrow and always??
Today I urge you to say no to FEAR because fears are nothing more than states of mind and if your fears are preventing you from progressing in your career and/or personal life, let today be the last time that happens!
