  1. Feedback for Improvement:Surveys reveal what your business is doing right and areas needing enhancement. Use this feedback to refine your products, services, and customer experience.
  2. Informed Decision Making:?Data collected from surveys guide strategic decisions, from product development to marketing strategies, ensuring they align with customer needs.
  3. Customer Engagement: Surveys communicate that you value customer opinions, fostering stronger relationships and loyalty. Engaged customers are more likely to return and recommend your services.


Tips & Tricks ????

To access the account top up option in SPENN Business via the "Help" module, follow these steps:

Top Up Account:

  • Open the SPENN Business Web Tool: Start by launching the SPENN Business portal on your browser.
  • Navigate to Dashboard: Once logged in, you'll be directed to the dashboard. This is your main interface for accessing various features.
  • Tap on “Help”: Look for the “Help” option on your dashboard. This is usually represented by a question mark (?) icon or explicitly labeled as “Help.”
  • How to “Top Up”: Upon tapping 'Help,' please select the 'How to Top Up' option. Depending on the available options, you can choose to top up from an Agent, Bank, or Mobile Money.
