From Fabulous Prizes to Fashionable Fun: Designer Purse Bingo Recap
Our 2nd Annual Designer Purse Bingo was a rave amongst the critics! Guests had a blast walking the red carpet, posing for the paparazzi, and winning gorgeous designer purses. The afternoon kicked off with a moving presentation about the Gift of Time Together program that assists families affected by cancer in having a memorable respite away from the treatments, appointments, and other stressors of the disease.
After 10 rounds of bingo games, 3 bonus rounds, a high heels contest, and riveting raffles in between we are proud to announce we raised $40,000 to put towards our mission of improving the lives of children and families impacted by cancer and other significant life challenges.

The Impact of Hope: Charity and Inspiration at Night of Hope Gala and Concert
The CarsonStrong Foundation is organizing two evenings of hope to raise funds for children and families who are affected by cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. On Friday, April 19, they will conduct their annual Night of Hope Gala at the Sheraton Suites in Cuyahoga Falls. The next day, Saturday, April 20, a benefit concert featuring Lou Gramm, the Original Voice of Foreigner, will take place at the Goodyear Theater in Akron.
Tickets for two upcoming events can be purchased at www.carsonstrong.org/events. The Night of Hope Gala tickets are priced at $100 per person and guests will have the chance to enjoy live music by Ace Molar, a local Northeast Ohio band.?
The Night of Hope Concert, presented by Verita Telecommunications, offers tickets ranging from $45 to $100, depending on the seating arrangements. Furthermore, concert attendees have the option to purchase a VIP soundcheck experience for $200, which includes a chance to hear from Lou Gramm and his All-Star band.
Various sponsorship options are available for both events, catering to businesses of all sizes and budgets. On-site recognition is guaranteed at each sponsorship level. The opportunities for sponsorship start at $500 for the gala and concert. Donations of items for the gala's silent auction are welcomed.

Gift of Time Together: Family Spotlight
Craig is an amazing father who has three young children and a loving partner. Unfortunately, his cancer returned, which was devastating for his family. Since his oldest son lives with his mother in another state, they were thrilled when he could visit his dad. To make the visit extra special, Craig, Shania, and their children decided this was the perfect time to go on a trip to the Great Wolf Lodge in Sandusky.
During their trip, they had a wonderful time enjoying all the waterpark fun, delicious meals, and fun activities for the kids. The weather was also warm enough for them to step outside and capture some beautiful family photos! The joy on their faces is a testament to the positive impact we are making in the lives of families affected by cancer.

Carson Gene Higgins courageously faced neuroblastoma, a childhood cancer that affects the body’s nervous system. While Carson’s life was short, it was rich with faith, hope, love, and strength. His examples of kindness and generosity encourage us to live and love richly, to take each day as a gift, and to give generously.
Together, we can bring hope to other families facing difficult and sometimes devastating life challenges.
