Loved Dr. Poole's commentary and wise suggestion to look for the common healthy foods and habits that unite diets like the Atlantic and Mediterranean diet rather than fixating on one over the other. As a health coach, I find It's all about fine-tuning for the bio-individual based on their health condition, lifestyle, and age.
