As we finally turn the corner on winter and look forward to spring, we have a lot to be thankful for at Realty Growth!?

With our recent announcement of our new development project, we are so excited for the opportunity?to close on the property, finish the planning phases of the project, and begin the building process. This has truly been a team effort, and we cannot thank all of our partners enough for their hard work and dedication to this project. We will provide regular updates as we continue the process.?

?Like many in real estate, we have seen a?little bit of a pullback in the market in regard to recent transactions. However, we still see a lot of interest and maintain?a decent pipeline of pending deals. The goal, as always, is to see these transactions through and get them closed for our clients. With higher interest rates, uncertainty in the market, etc...,?we must look for creative ways to get these transactions to the closing table.?

We are in a very exciting time, and we look forward to continuing to share this with you all.
