I've been binging Ted Lasso. I was late to the party on that one but I'm really glad I joined in! I'm also loving Shrinking. Harrison Ford high on gummies at a party he doesn't want to be at will make your day. Thank me later. Both shows are on AppleTV+. They're funny, uplifting and have a lot of heart.

The AI revolution is here and while sentient AI that takes over humanity is still a ways away (phew!), AI will threaten the jobs of those who do not learn how to harness its power.

There is a lot of talk right now about ChatGPT and the wonderful Jessica McBride will be hosting a ChatGPT for Executive Assistants webinar in April (stay tuned for registration details) but did you know you're already using AI in all kinds of ways?

Your inbox spam filter is an example of artificial intelligence. The spam filter uses machine learning algorithms to analyse email content and determine whether a message is spam or not.

Siri, Alexa and Google Assistant use natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to understand and respond to voice commands.

Maybe you use one of the popular scheduling assistants that uses AI to manage your calendar and no doubt you've had an interaction with a customer service chatbot lately.

If you've applied for a job recently you've likely been accepted or declined by an applicant tracking system (ATS), another example of AI and another reason to stay in the game so you're not losing out to those more familiar with the technology.

You may have even seen this newsletter as a result of AI given that social media platforms use AI to suggest content to you based on your online behaviour.
