March 8th, today and everyday

Every year on March 8th #InternationalWomensDay am very honoured companies ask me to host workshops and keynotes for the women in their organisation. I love to celebrate all of the talented and hardworking women across this world.?I’m also incredibly blessed to have grown up in a country where women have the opportunity to work and express themselves creatively.

I know the freedoms I have weren’t always a given - and there were many women before me who fought incredibly hard to give women the opportunities we have today. Opportunities that not everyone in this world is blessed with.

As women leaders, we must continue to lift-up other women everyday, not just for social media opportunities on March 8th. ?We must give each other the confidence to be exactly who we are and support one another to reach our goals & make our dreams a reality. I am blessed to know and work with such amazing women who inspire me and challenge me every single day, I hope the day comes where we can celebrate each other every day, not just on the one day the world has dedicated to us.
