It’s not enough to know; we must teach our body to feel.

How many built-up underlying emotions do you carry with yourself each day?

Not just from your day-to-day life, full of stress, frustration, self-doubt, and unworthiness but from your old memories and experiences.

That old friend who called you names, that boyfriend who cheated on you, that coworker who put you on the spot, that lost little child within you still looking for the love he/she craved so much.

When was the last time you cleansed your body from these emotions?

I’ve been reading many of your stories and beautiful comments on my work, and I can feel the energies coming through. Some are inspiring and seamless, and some are full of built-up underlying reasoning emotions that are holding you back from reaching your full potential.

I don’t know how I got this mission, but I have had it since my last suicide attempt in 2017. I was called by my higher power to study, to experience, to share the wisdom of raising our awareness, becoming more conscious, and aligning our energies to our highest good.

You guessed what it is: Love.

When you are unaware of your underlying emotions and running circles day after day, your life will stay the same. I’ve been there, I know this all too well.

My mission is now getting clearer and clearer each day as I’ve been serving many amazing humans since I’ve awakened.
