MEET MOSAIC’S 6TH COHORT OF WOMEN CHANGING POLICY
Last week, Mosaic spent two and a half wonderful days training our 6th cohort of Women Changing Policy on how to engage with the media and lawmakers on today’s toughest policy challenges. From Alaska to Maine, we were honored to host 19 expert women working on issues related to broadband, telecom, and digital equity.
The cohort heard from top journalists and reporters from The Hill, Meet the Press and NBCNews. Then, these experts headed to Capitol Hill to meet with key committee staff in the House and Senate, followed by a trip to the Hall of States, where the cohort met with three of The Big 7 to talk about internet access and affordability. Lastly, the cohort visited the FCC to get in the weeds on telecommunications policies happening on the federal level.
Biographies and social media handles for all 19 cohort members can be found on the?Mosaic website!
