March 2023 PACB Education & Events

March 7, 2023 - "Sales Culture Leadership in Your Community Bank" Workshop

Best-selling author and noted sales expert, Todd Cohen, CSP - Keynote Speaker. will be delivering an informative and eye-opening workshop – “Sales Culture Leadership in Your Community Bank.” In this workshop, Todd will be delving into topics such as leadership, time management, client retention and satisfaction, and more. Attendees will learn a new way to view the sales culture in their own organization, and walk away with a new confidence in their ability to contribute to the growth and profitability of their team. This workshop will be held in State College, PA, from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

March 17, 2023 - Community Banking Industry Update Presented by the Law Partners of Luse Gorman, P.C.

Industry experts from Luse Gorman, PC will be presenting a community banking industry update to members, covering highly relevant topics such as recent legislative and regulatory initiatives, a practical guide for community banks considering entering the cannabis sector, compensation and benefits, a discussion of equity and debt instruments, and more! March 23, 2023 - PACB Risk Management Bundle Begins with Risk Management Conference

The PACB Risk Management Bundle begins on Thursday, March 23, 2023 - kicking off with the 2023 Risk Management Conference! This brand-new conference includes a full day of networking and learning - featuring six individual sessions plus a panel discussion - and will be hosted in Exton, PA. Following the 2023 Risk Management Conference, PACB will be offering a series of 6 webinars that build upon the knowledge that attendees will gain during the conference.

Attendees will hear from industry and subject-matter experts on a wide range of subjects, such as supply chain risk management, cybersecurity hot-topics, compliance risks with e-banking, incident detection and response, and more!

On April 18, 2023, PACB will be hosting Topgolf networking events in both Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. This popular event is a great way to bring together experienced and casual golfers together for a dynamic afternoon of networking and fun. PACB will be providing lunch, as well as refereshments throughout the afternoon. To wrap everything up, prizes and awards will be presented by PACB at the end of the afternoon!
