March 15, 16, 17 (LIVE) & March 22, 23, 24 (VIRTUAL) Certainty Academies: Growing & Protecting Your Worth
I reckon only clients determine the worth of advice.
The regulators, product providers, competitors, licensees or colleagues in the industry are not the custodians of worth.
Similarly, I believe an advisory firm's Price Committees?determine the pricing of advice. Despite common practice built in the last century, price should not be driven by timesheets or products provided. It must be based upon worth.?
I also believe the consistent, specific and methodical pricing of advice based upon the worth attributed by clients is fundamental to the prosperous future of every advisory firm and their clients.?
The above clip shares the insights from Peter Stevenson of Signate Private Wealth on all he has gained from his well established Pricing Committee - "... it provides the sounding board for our advisory team to consistently price and deliver the value clients seek".?
The implementation and use of a Pricing Committee in the new era of financial advice is one of the significant learning experiences provided by my Price and Value Academies starting in March 2022.?
My three-day?Price Academy?will provide the tools like the Pricing Committee as well as precedents and frameworks to build a comprehensive advice business of the future - where clients pay based upon worth, priced by a Pricing Committee.?
My nine-month?Value Academy goes further?providing the skills, coaching and support to achieve your 2022 business plan using a Pricing Committee and other models implemented with my team's coaching support. This will require a fortnightly sharing of implementation progress to guide you to achieve your 2022 business plans.
