When selecting and evaluating properties to invest in, there are several factors and metrics that we look for to ensure both a profitable and sound investment. Marc Cox says distressed single-family residential properties often hit the market at a significant discount compared to market value; bank foreclosures also provide us, the buyer, a considerable advantage.

Marc Cox says the way our technology works is quite simple. It looks through different states’ MLS (Multiple Listing Service). This service is a massive database of separate listings broken down by state. The listings can be further narrowed down by zip code. This feature is helpful as it allows our program to focus on zip codes and locations, we deem most profitable. After honing in on a specific region, the program scans through the listings until it finds a distressed home across the continental US. Marc Cox says that specifically, it looks for bank foreclosures or houses that require or would benefit from renovation but are listed at a significant discount.

After pinpointing a property of interest, the program automatically sends an email to the individual or organization that listed the property. This email contains an official offer accompanied by the necessary documentation. Following this email, the program immediately adds this listing to our private database. Marc Cox says that from there, our in-house analysts follow up with the listing party to get more details and metrics to ensure that the listing meets our standards and informs the receiving party that our offer is genuine.?

This technology is innovative and transforms the real estate investing process. Rather than having an unending selection of listings, our technology narrows down the selection significantly and drastically speeds up and improves the process of finding a property.?
