Marbella... Back To Hollywood! It's Now The Right Place, Right Time!
Hi, Well Summer is now upon us following yesterday's events of San Juan along the coast of Marbella. This is not just any year of Sun, Sea and Glamour... Marbella is back on the map within Film and TV!
From back to the 60s and 70s with an exciting TV docu series production instore to one man's true accounts back in the early 90s when he was wrongly accussed of mass homicide, a book to movie with fans globally waiting in anticipation. Both projects although somewhat different have something in common.... they both can't take away the glamour and beauty of Marbella. To this day, despite some of the negative attention....Marbella has always been the famous holiday destination for people around the world! We are now seeing a rise, in high end luxury properties, luxury entertainment establishments as well as seeing famous faces around Marbella.
So what is the attraction for film-makers, Investors, Celebrities & More ? Marbella is not just any coastline of beach and chiringuitos, it's also historic with the famous Marbella Club and Olivia Valere....social establishments of the rich and famous. You also have the constrast of the old town's famous 'Orange Square' ...a square of beautiful restaurants lined with orange trees. Away towards La Concha (the famous moutain of Marbella) you have many beautiful places of interest for filming...such as town of Benahavis and a bit further inland you have the exclusive luxurious villas of the rich and famous in La Zagaleta. From the coastlines to the moutains, to the villlages and unique towns to only 2 hours away to snow capped moutains in Granada in the winter season. There is truly breath-taking scenery all around in every region of the Costa Del Sol many of which hidden gems that the residents have priveledge of....I for one are truly grateful for living in such a unique beautiful place!
