Marathon update!

I think I may have found the answer!

Thank you to all who have donated so generously, and should there be any doubt about the last shreds of my sanity I am about to go for a 20 mile run, a week later than I should, under what looks like a Californian sky.

Just check my equipment....shoes laced properly....watch set to zero....rucksack full of Ibruprofen....￡10 for the taxi.....
