Doubt has a sneaky way of creeping into our lives. It whispers questions like, “Am I good enough?” or “What if I fail?” These moments of self-doubt can cloud our confidence and make us feel disconnected from our best selves. But what if you could visually reframe your mindset and remind yourself of all the things that make you unique, capable, and strong?

In this article, I’ll guide you through a simple exercise: drawing yourself at the center of your world and surrounding yourself with clouds that highlight your strengths and achievements. This process isn’t about creating a masterpiece, but about creating clarity, pride, and self-belief. The exercise will help you reconnect with the best version of yourself.

Start with You

Begin by taking a blank piece of paper and drawing yourself in the center. This doesn’t have to be a detailed or realistic drawing—a simple stick figure, a smiley face, or any symbolic representation of you will work just fine.

Write your name either above or below your drawing. By placing yourself at the center, you’re visually affirming that you are the focus of this exercise. It’s a reminder that everything you need to grow, thrive, and move forward starts with you.

Transform Doubt into Action

Above your drawing, write the word “DOUBT” in large, bold letters. This word represents the self-doubt that can weigh us down and hold us back.

Now, here’s the powerful part: strike through the last three letters of “DOUBT,” leaving behind the word “DO.”
