The Lesson

Greetings from Troy,

When we're great at what we do, it's easy to get stuck in the "work"...

Sometimes we have difficulty seeing the value in what we do...

Why? Because we do the work so damn often.

The results you get for clients, there's a specific process you follow.

Maybe you've mapped your unique methodology?

Unique Methodology Process

1. Identify Your Core Components

  • Map out all of the CRITICAL steps in your delivery.

2. Group & Simplify

  • Identify what steps can be merged based on objectives or outcomes.
  • Rank the steps by importance.

3. Structure & Validate

  • Organized the simplified steps into a logical sequence.
  • Test and deploy. Follow the methodology in client work and refine as needed.

Example of Simplified 3-Step Methodology:

  1. Discovery: Understand client needs and goals.
  2. Design: Develop a tailored strategy or solution.
  3. Implementation: Execute the plan and monitor progress.

Example of Simplified 5-Step Methodology:

  • Assess: Evaluate the current situation and identify opportunities.
  • Plan: Create a detailed action plan with clear objectives.
  • Develop: Build or customize the solution.
  • Implement: Put the plan into action and track progress.
  • Review: Analyze outcomes and make necessary adjustments.
