Many view golf as a “hole in one” when it comes to networking, but what about fishing?

I’ve always heard that golf is a good tool for networking, and it is. The problem is, one, I don’t really like to golf personally, and two, (this being the biggest problem by far) I’m just not that good at it! However, I love to fish! So why not take the elements of a golf outing that make it a great networking tool, and implement them on a relaxing fishing trip? Next week I plan to do just that. I will be meeting with a business consultant in Miami, and on the surface it will seem just like another business/networking meeting. The “catch” (pun intended) is that it will take place on the deck of a bass boat and not in the confines of a stuffy office. I would love to make these meetings a regular part of my week. This way I can combine two of the things I love to do most, networking, and fishing. If you would like to join me in this effort to make networking as fun as it is profitable, message me and we’ll talk.

Genius idea! Can you talk my wife into letting me get a bass boat?
