One Small Step…

We started our journey in 1980 as PT Tiger Sakti Industries, with processing plastic raw materials into plastic packaging as our core business, followed by the establishment of our first factory in Kapuk, West Jakarta, in 1983.

Moving forward to 1992, we achieved our biggest landmark achievement through the establishment of our flagship factory plant in Karangawen – Semarang, Central Java.

This is an important milestone as we began expanding our focus to become a contract manufacturer that customers rely upon for not only producing their plastic materials, but also producing other components and providing other processes for their products as well.?

Stringent Quality Control

We continue to develop manufacturing technology to maintain quality standards in a meticulous way. We improve our facilities throughout decades to ensure the best quality in our manufactured products.

As of today, our factory plant has managed to provide even the most complicated processes of quality control, including Color spectrophotometer, Aging tests, Function and durability tests, Safety standards for users, environment, and safety, and Noise testing.

We have also advanced the upgrade in our QA laboratory and achieved ISO-9000 and ISO 14001:2004 certifications.

Throughout the decades, our 15-hectare manufacturing space-in has produced millions of units per year of electronic products, exported across the world. From smart LED TVs to air conditioning units, we have become a partner of choice for various Fortune 500-calibre of global consumer electronics companies.
