Here are some recent articles capturing the waves of change in manufacturing:

• Manufacturing sustainability suffering due to a lack of data capabilities offers a great summary of new manufacturing industry research conducted by Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The statistics highlight both the importance and the absence of data among manufacturers. While 32% of those surveyed indicated that data is one of their most valuable assets, nearly one in five confessed to having no strategy around data. We’re not surprised - manufacturing data can be notoriously hard to measure and manage - that’s the business problem that our Thingtrax product suite was built to solve.?

• An update from the World Economic Forum highlights that Manufacturing is the most targeted sector by cyberattacks. Ransomware attacks on industrial manufacturing doubled in 2022.
