Manufacturing method of hose assembly
一.Material preparation
1.Before crimping the fittings, first determine the material of the hose, the inner diameter of the hose, the number of steel wire layers of the hose, the length of the hose, the type and size of the fittings.
2.Determine the corresponding fittings sheath according to the number of steel wire layers of the hose (generally, low-pressure tubing uses one sheath, two-layer steel wire uses two-layer sheath, three-layer steel wire uses three-layer sheath, and so on).
3.After the above data are confirmed, you can cut the material according to the required hose length, and select the corresponding specifications of hose fittings and quantity.
4.Strip the glue after the cutting is completed. Small-scale production can be stripped with a wallpaper knife. Large-scale matching production is best to use a more efficient stripping machine. The stripping length is about 4/5 of the sheath length. The stripping standard is to strip the steel wire inside the hose.
The purpose of stripping is to make it easier for the sheath to be inserted into the hose, and to better press the slot in the connector sheath onto the steel pipe steel wire, so as to achieve the purpose of a firm connection.
二.Crimping process
1. Select and replace the corresponding mold according to the specifications of the hose, and turn on the power of the crimping machine to prepare for the start of the crimping work.
2. The pre-assembly of the card sleeve pipe joint is one of the most important links in the crimping process, which directly affects the tightness of the crimped pipe fittings. When the user presses the tube, he puts the sheath into the hose buckle, inserts the inner core of the joint into the hose to resist, and adjusts the sheath into the inner core card slot.
If the sleeve is too inward, the outer wall of the sleeve seal will be pressed to the slot, causing a weak seal, and the sleeve will be directly pressed onto the joint or the joint will be broken if the sleeve is too outward.
3. Put the adjusted oil pipe joint into the crimping machine, and start the crimping work button on the machine for crimping work. If it is an automatic crimping machine, the machine will automatically stop after the crimping work is completed, and the mold will automatically open, and the next hose can be crimped after taking out the hose. If the buckle press is operated manually, the operator needs to constantly observe the shrinkage of the sleeve of the crimped hose fittings.
Generally, the sleeve tightly wraps the outer rubber of the hose, and there will be no gap in the place where the sleeve and the outer rubber of the hose are in contact with the rubber.
三.Inspection of Crimping hose
1. After the hose crimping is completed, observe the outside of the hose joint. The joint cover tightly wraps the outer rubber of the hose. There will be no gaps between the cover and the outer rubber of the hose when the cover is bent by hand, and the inner core of the joint will not be severely deformed.
2. Use a slender steel wire or rod to extend into the inner core of the joint and gently tentatively rub around the inner core wall. The inner core wall is smooth and smooth, indicating that the joint is qualified for crimping.
If there is a sense of fault around the inner core wall, it means that the inner core of the joint may be broken due to excessive buckling pressure, and the rubber hose will see oil or hose bulge during future use. There is also a situation where the buckle pressure is too large and the inner core is directly broken.
This is because the inner core will be directly blocked, and the steel wire or rod cannot be inserted at all, and the hose is a waste product.
