???We need high-performance of line manufacturing can, all time we have issues with #Trimmer CC93/95, the moment we losses #OEE because the #bodymaker to running on medium-low speed.

Today we can see two parts of the trimmer, all time we have issues with downtimes (exit jams) and spoilage the first issue is the mark on the outside and inside of the can the second issue system vacuum chuck.

?1.1 Can has burrs.

- Check the knives and system mechanism drive.

?1.2 Mark on the outside of the can.

-Remove scrap, check pins and setting up the feed blushes.

?1.3 Mark on inside of can.

-Check pins and stripper plate.

?2. Can is being pulled off of the vacuum chuck.

-Check the vacuum timing by the station (cartridge).

?Note:?If you don't adjust the issues, the trimmer will be transferred cans with issues to #decorater or #necker?(spoilage cans).
