It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these! What an amazing first half of the year.
Thank you to our friends, professional partners, associates and to my beloved Mantra Capital family.
In total, our commercial business has completed 74 deals working with 22 banks, funds and lenders in a multitude of different sectors. We also have a growing mortgage and protection business to give our friends a whole end to end solution.
Some examples of our deals:
Real Estate Deals
- ￡20.5m loan to assist our clients with the purchase of 3 inter-connecting buildings in Bristol with a large car park that will be developed into 629 residential units.
- ￡15m loan to assist friends with the refinance of 214 residential units in Harlow
- ￡4.4m loan to our friends to refinance 42 residential units
- ￡3.25m loan to brilliant developers who purchased a derelict site in Harlesden and worked up planning for a 16 unit scheme. We did the easy part!
Mantra Capital assisted with the initial purchases, the strategy & some very innovative structuring of the bank facilities, minimising equity contributions and realising planning gains.
Trading Deals
- ￡4m loan to assist a brilliant dental entrepreneur with the refinance of his existing group and the purchase of 2 new practices as well as a decent equity release.
- ￡14m loan to assist a brilliant KFC and Costa Coffee franchisee with the refinance of their business. New money introduced & facilities restructured which gave them more money and reduced their monthly debt commitments.
- ￡2m loan to a well-established jewellery business on Green St to assist with their refinance
- ￡700k loan to assist a brilliant vegetarian restaurant in Hatch End with the auction purchase of their freehold, less than 6 months from start up.
