Man!........Time Flies

Each year near Talon's anniversary date and during the summer I have tried to reflect on our business and it's success. This year snuck up on me and I am a little late..... God continues to amaze me in the blessings he is bestowing on our organization. This year has been exceptional, yet again, and for that; I am thankful!

A huge thank you to our CUSTOMERS who trust us to take care of them and become part of their team. We are privileged to have you!

Thank you to the wonderful TEAM we have cobbled together who; really "get" customer service and believe in our continued growth and success. Talon would not exist without you!

We have had an exciting year of giving back through our Eagles Wing's Program. Talon has the honor of investing in many evangelical organizations in the communities we serve and abroad. From Women's Ministries and Vacation Bible Schools in WI and NC, to a Prison Ministry in the Congo we as a team are making a difference. Our employee led committee never ceases to amaze me with the diligence put forward in identifying and meeting the needs of ministries that are doing good works. It is very cool to see the effort grow, the team involvement and the positive response we receive as a result of the investments.

On a business note: Talon has grown to become one of the most recognized IT Service Providers in the Managed Service Sector providing Level 1 Call Center Services to Hospitals and Complete IT Solutions for Businesses across the nation.  We provide Technical, Clinical, Patient Portal and EMR support; our specialty and our passion. Our second new redundant fail-over capable technical call center site in Waukesha Wisconsin has positioned us to be one of the most reliable service providers in the space. The strategic investment has been a real recipe for continued success and a comfort in reliability to those we serve.

We are being interviewed, reviewed and targeted by industry leaders who have recognized our success. Best of breed analytical companies, industry experts and yes, competitors are calling regularly with varied interest in what we are doing and how we do it. Very flattering for Talon to say the least.............
