MAN’S ANGER DOES NOT BRING ABOUT THE RIGHTEOUS LIFE THAT GOD DESIRES!

The passage, ‘Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry’ (James 1:19), reminds us that, because Human beings are a mixture of vices and virtues, even those who take a vow of silence still have to deal with difficult people, and unless we understand that, we won’t be able to work or live with others successfully. So let the knowledge that: 1) ‘…man’s anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires’ (James 1:19-20); 2) The only way to have good a relationship is to work at it and be patient; and 3) When we do, God will bless that relationship; teach you to be like the farmer who plants, pulls weeds and cultivates, knowing the harvest will eventually come if he patiently keeps doing these things!FG.
