Mannerism above all .....

You need Learn CHESS ! First requirement of working in Corporate .

Some people wake up with a fresh mindset and start the day with a positive attitude, thinking, "Let's make a difference today and be better than yesterday." They approach their work with energy and dedication, ready to give their best. However, the corporate world can often feel like a game of chess. There are individuals who come to work with the sole intention of belittling and insulting others. Their goal is to boost their own egos by putting others down, and these people can be incredibly dangerous. They may appear friendly to your face, but behind your back, they talk disparagingly about you simply because of your position. It’s frustrating and childish when people act like this, and it’s baffling to think that such behavior could stem from either a sense of entitlement due to a higher position or perhaps from poor upbringing and education.

In many instances, individuals in higher positions fail to communicate respectfully when they are dissatisfied with performance. While it’s understandable that they expect results and are paying for the work delivered, there is always a proper way to address performance issues without resorting to public humiliation. The manner in which you speak and interact with others can greatly impact the work environment, regardless of whether your points are valid. Dealing with such individuals can be challenging, but it also presents an opportunity to reflect on your own values and choices.

Ultimately, it’s about navigating these challenges with integrity and choosing to focus on your work rather than getting entangled in corporate politics.
