Mankind Pharma shares listed at 20.37% premium over IPO price on NSE and BSE amid positive domestic market. The share debuted at Rs 1300 on the stock exchanges, as compared to the issue price of Rs 1080. The scrip touched a high of 22.87% at Rs 1,327 per share. A positive listing was expected as ahead of the market debut, Mankind Pharma shares were trading at a premium of Rs 121 in the grey market.?

Midcap IT companies outperform large cap firms in Q4 but analysts say large caps may bounce back
While large IT companies showed a mixed performance in the fourth quarter of FY23, midcap IT companies in the likes of Persistent System, L&T Tech, and Cyient reported better performance, mostly meeting their estimates on the back of steady order pipeline.?Three out of the five large-cap companies saw a decline in their revenues this quarter. TCS posted revenue at Rs 59,162 crore, HCL Tech reported fourth quarter revenue of Rs 26,606, Wipro’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 23,190.3 crore, Tech Mahindra posted revenue at Rs 13,718 crore, Infosys posted its fourth quarter revenue at Rs 37,441 crore, and LTI Mindtree’s revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 8691 crore.?
Raymond Q4FY23 profit falls 26% to Rs 194 crore, revenue at Rs 2150 crore
Raymond Ltd net profit for the fiscal fourth quarter dropped by 26.2 per cent at Rs 194.35 crore from Rs 263.31 in the same quarter last year. It posted revenue from operations at Rs 2,150.18 crore, up 9.8 per cent from Rs 1,958.10 crore in the fourth quarter of?FY22. The company EBITDA stood at Rs 336.8 crore, up 18.4 per cent on-year. The company Board also recommended payment of a dividend of 30 per cent on the equity share capital, that is Rs 3 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year. “The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid on or after Tuesday, July 11, 2023,” it said in a regulatory filing.?

FADA calls for action against illegal two-wheeler sales by unauthorised?multi-brand outlets
The Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA),?in collaboration with the?Delhi and Mumbai State Transport Department?has expressed concerns over the illegal practices of?unauthorised multi-brand outlets (MBOs) selling two-wheelers.
The association has reported that these MBOs are acquiring unregistered vehicles in bulk from dealers and reselling them to customers at discounted rates, higher than the prices offered by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) through authorised dealers, without any commitment to aftersales service.
