Rhythm is one of those 21 words in English dictionary which contains no vowel, yet sounds like other common words with independent existence and meaning.

When we hear the word RHYTHM, what we reflect in mind? Answer is simple, music or song. The best possible emotional healer. A song has three segments to notice. Lyrics, Music & Rhythm. Lyrics directly go to our brain to get analyzed and we reveal the meaning of entire song. Music, if we like one, goes to heart directly. It creates a bonding with our emotions so deeply that hearing the music only we start to utter lyrics, audibly or silently. But when we feel close association with rhythm of any song or music, our whole body starts shaking. It depends on environment and situation we are in at that point of time which decides whether we will start to dance or limit our expressions and assimilation with the rhythm.

In this connection I can refer a song “ MANIKE MAGE HITHE”. It became a sensation in recent times. The language is Srilankan as the singers are from that country. Yohani De Silva & Satheeshan are internet sensations now. People are taking a big interest in exploring details about Yohani, a 28 years old singer, composer & rapper. She is a hugely appreciated celebrity there with a lot of professional contracts. Without understanding the language people across globe are watching, making own versions, memes, caller tunes everything. Just imagine the population of Srilanka is 2.18 Cr as per census report 2019. Assuming a 10% growth per year(max) it might reached to 2.5-2.6 Cr now. Have you seen the viewership of the song in last 3 months? ?It’s 70 millions i.e. 7 Crore !! Almost 300% higher than the country’s population. That’s what rhythm can do.?It can break all barriers like language, insight, international borders, cast, creed, administrative, everything. That’s why this song is on happening mode right now.

Now, back to own life. Do you feel rhythm in your life? Can you enjoy rhythm? Are you in rhythm? All these are vital questions for everyday life. Your success, your accomplishments and your ability to enjoy life is fully dependent on rhythms. Knowingly or unknowingly. Feeling confused? Okay, let me go deeper.

Every human life has two different rhythm. One is physical and the other is psychological. Physical rhythm is called CICARDIAN RHYTHM & the psychological one I call WAVE RHYTHM.

Cicardian rhythm is actually the sleep-awake cycle of us. It includes day to day activities, feelings, mood swings, others ups and downs of everyday life. In other words, you can call it BIOLOGICAL CLOCK. How you feel when you get up from bed, what’s your normal waking time, at what time you feel charged up, confident, happy, sad, upset, tired. When you experience emotional fatigue which prevents you to concentrate on even the most favorite thing! A sum up of all these studies make your physical rhythm.

Wave rhythm is completely your emotional quotient. It somehow affects your somatic attitudes also. In larger sense it controls almost 60-70% of your daily schedules. Even it can affect on bottom line living process also like taking foods, maintaining excretory routine, taking medicines for any illness, studies, preparations, planning, everything. It can’t reschedule but delay your routines to a significant extent. As a result all your plans receive procrastinated signals and you tend to waste more times than to make a good use of it. Now you’ll have a question that “How can I get a good wave rhythm?” Isn’t it?

Well, let me tell you one thing that you don’t need to be rocket scientist to avail a healthy wave rhythm in personal life. Two simple interrelated attributes needed to drag your life in streamline. Self reflection & jaw tightening determination.

Self reflection includes self awareness, self affirmation, self authentication. Questioning WHY to your existence is the starting point. Why you took birth? As a by product of sex? Or to advance some causes? These questions should hit your inner self. Dive deep into your subconscious thinking. Explore complicated thoughts, if any.?Bring all those in conscious practice, ask questions. Trying this will definitely not take you to conclusion. But you’ll get some clues to explore and riddles to solve. Your cognitive pattern may experience some healthy changes. Your acceptation vs expectation ration will be more logical, more appreciable. Ultimately if you can invade into the cocoon of mysteries, your thoughts will be more logical, rational, objective oriented, value based. Eventually it’ll accelerate your overall progress as you’ll feel more positive, more energetic, more focused, more determined, more disciplined. And you know, all these attributes can take you to pinnacle.
