Manifesting

I would like to share a realization I've had regarding what people refer to as the Law Of Attraction.

Don't focus on what you're seeing, focus on what you're being.

Because what you're seeing now is the result of all your thoughts and actions yesterday and in the past. Seeing what's transpiring in the present is like watching a movie of what you created in the past.

A focus on the current energy that aligns with your highest energies and desires will expand instantly creating for you!

Don't try to hold onto that energy. When an archer creates tension by pulling the arrow back in the bow it is only by releasing that energy the arrow flies to its target. So being attached to what you want and what we desire is like never letting the arrow fly.

Life is here and now but it's not what we see "out there", out there is looking into the past. Life is what you are inside your heart, mind, and spirit. You are a vibrational generator. Generate joyful energy as frequently as you can. How can we this? It helps to align our thoughts and feelings with gratitude, appreciation, and even awe of this moment the gift of the present.

Children are great manifestation practitioners as they are almost always in the present and often in joyful appreciation through playing.

Mindfulness, using a focus on our current breath in and out helps us and trains us to be in the present moment. If we practice Appreciative Mindfulness we can move into feelings of higher vibrational awareness noticing things we appreciate and feeling gratitude.
