The Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize Katie Seay as the 2024 Young Professional of the Year. This esteemed award was presented during the Chamber’s Annual Meeting on February 7 at the Manhattan Conference Center.

A dedicated financial professional, Seay joined The Trust Company in 2012 as Director of Financial Planning. She discovered her passion for financial planning during her time as a University of Georgia Bulldog, where she sought a career path that would allow her to help others. In 2024, she was promoted to President & Director of Wealth Management, overseeing client service, investments, and business development. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER? professional, Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, and Certified Retirement Counselor?, she works closely with clients to develop personalized financial strategies to help them achieve their goals.

Beyond her professional achievements, Seay is a dedicated community leader. She actively serves as a board member for Ascension Via Christi Hospital in Manhattan and remains engaged with the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce. A 2015 graduate of Leadership Manhattan, she continues to invest her time in initiatives that enhance the community’s growth and development.
