Mandola Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad - Mega Housing Scheme of UPAVP

UP Awas Vikas Parishad has come up with a new mega flat scheme in Mandola Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad where it is offering 3680 flats in Gulmohar Enclave. The scheme has been launched under the Samajwadi Awas Yojna affordable housing scheme of Uttar Pradesh Government.

The authority has launched this scheme in order to cater to the increasing housing demands in the city of Ghaziabad. Mandola Vohar Yojna already had offered hundreds of flats to the city residents. However there is no restriction, any Indian citizen above the age of 18 year can apply for the scheme subject to other eligibility conditions.

The registrations for the scheme will begin on 20 July. The last date of registrations would be 20 August 2015. The registrations can be done through both online and offline modes. The offline registrations will be done through the designate bank branches.

The flats under the Madola Vihar Yojna are being offered in Stilt+4 multi-storey buildings. There are 1216 1BHK flats and 2464 2BHK flats under the scheme available at a price of Rs. 11.00 Lakh and Rs 18.10 Lakh respectively.

The super area of the flats is 34.07 square meters and 56.11 square meters respectively for 1BHK and 2BHK.

The interested candidates willing to apply for the scheme will have to pay the 2% of the cost of the flat as registration amount i.e. Rs. 22,000/- in case of 1BHK application and Rs. 37,000/- in case of applying for 2 BHK flat. Since the flats are being targeted for the middle and lower income group applicants, there is a very flexible and easy payment plan for paying the flat cost.

The winners of the flats will have to pay 5% of the cost of the flat within 30 days after the draw result announcement and followed by 24 equal monthly installments of Rs. 19,010/- for 1BHK and 31,745/- for 2BHK.

At the time of the possession, the winners will have to pay 15% of the cost of the flat followed by 96 EMI’s of Rs. 8660/- for 1BHK and Rs. 14727/- for 2BHK flats.

This is the first scheme of UPAVP in Mandola Vihar Yojna which is being launched under the Samajwadi Awas Yojna affordable housing scheme. The UP government aims to provide about 3 Lakh homes to the potential buyers in the state by 2016 under the Samajwadi Awas Yojna.

There are several other schemes being run under Samajwadi Awas Yojna in Uttar Pradesh by the development authorities in their respective development areas.
