Mandatory Annual Shareholders Meeting /Asamblea Anual Obligatoria

Please be advised that according to article 181 of the General Law of Mercantile companies, Mexican companies must hold at least one shareholders’ meeting per year. This meeting must be carried out within the first four months following the end of the prior fiscal year, whereby among other resolutions approves the prior fiscal year.
