I feel grateful for the inspiration. I'm an experienced professional in the process of changing my career and I have set myself exactly these 3 goals: 1. Become a mentor in the field of human resources management - building a respectful, civil workplace and developing the managerial staff. 2. Strive to embrace innovation - recognition and use the resources of Artificial Intelligence. 3. Reignite my passion and enthusiasm by creating my own publications on best practices in human resources management based on my experience and relationships.

Having conducted nearly 300 succession planning and mentoring interviews for major corporations in the past few years, the impact of great mentoring could not be clearer. Those who had a true and impactful mentor nearly always mentor others with success. Those who lacked having truly been mentored only become effective mentors if their formative years included parents with mentoring skills (Teachers, cops, clergy). The impact is direct and huge and says a great deal about company culture, which then directly impacts culture, retention and growth.
