Managing tasks and leading people | is done TOGETHER = Synergizing Leadership

We all want to do our best.
What IS YOUR best? That – is about what kind of EFFORT you put into it (IT being what you do) = then the result should be – your best possible situational outcome? Your best?
We all want to do our best – we think (and hope), but how do we DO that?
?
Think – work – improve.
?
As in THINKING ambidextrously. Yes, crazy word. It means – doing both, delivering your best effort + developing based on the learning from IT, the process.
?
So – do you think. Where am I – where do I want to grow?
?
Then, work, is about you set yourself up for testing of options – as in doing your best?
?
Ending up with – thinking = improving – that THIS was the best option = let's grow that into a habit.
Iterate?

When I coach super-smart people – this is the process the “best ones” use.
?
Think – who am I? Why am I set to work on this? Where do I want to go so I can experience this challenge being met?

Work – by doing what? What are the different options of potential solutions now? How can I find out what is the best option for a potential solution? Experiment – based on the time you have. Do you, like Einstein have YEARS (no time limit) or just a few minutes | both of these can be “experimented inside your own head – by thinking, reflecting, using time.

Improve – what did I do? what could I have done? Me – alone, thought of and tested out this. Let`s grow the pool for options – by getting, as Einstein did (you just don’t hear much about it – by using reflection partners that offer different perspectives) = strategic perspectivation.
Iterate ambidextrously = as in repeat + learn. IF you are able to ambidextrous manage tasks + and grow through leading people = an ambidextrous mindsetting. Masterminds is about finding, using, and growing your uniqueness together with other people “ambidextrously”.
You manage tasks – alone, but you grow solutions and options together, leading people is about inspiring and growing, each other's uniqueness, together.

There is a BIG wave going on in business – it is called the mindset revolution. It goes like this (growing on).
?
You – are unique but have your limits. The sky is probably IT = your limits | but the universe is bigger, we are better = as in SMARTER together.
Together – is the universe of options where you are able to (aware of how to) empower (options testing) execution of = growth using the universe better together mindset = synergizing mindset.

Managing tasks is about control related to the frame of expectations (hopefully defined) based on goals and processes. Leading people is about learning from each other – growing smarter together.

Carol Dweck introduced the challenge of individuals – are you a fixed or growth mindset person? She challenged you with.
?
Now the next level of this question is – do you understand you are both, that there is a continuum (think of a line with two extremes, and you move between them) – Mary C Murphy is challenging you on. You go between these – situationally.
Murphy is THEN bringing into mind – that we are no iceberg (as I said in the first part of the book – no person is an island, I guess is the actual saying) – we are not living in a world ALONE, we all are social people.
She introduces the culture of geniuses (which she says is about individuals being supersmart alone – but with the sky-limit (that there IS a limit for your alone-brain). AND sets up the culture of growth (which she calls the growth culture – where people should grow).
What I miss, is the answer to HOW – and introduce the answer to it – by introducing the “Synergizing Leadership” principles – using ambidextrous thinking + together” mindset.

The challenge NOW is to move from the enablement (being aware of) of the two mindsets to empowerment (options of possibilities) that Mary C Murphy introduces in her new book “Cultures of Growth – How the New Science of Mindset Can Transform Individuals, Teams and organizations” – by growing awareness of the options in the growth mindset cultures she introduce what I bring to the NEXT LEVEL by;
Synergizing Leadership – growing the two mindsets even further – instead of the two different extremes fixed and growth – I create a “circle by adding - using iterative growth process – where the third option (Stephen R Covey brought to our intellectual attention in his book ! the 3rd alternative – solving life`s most difficult problems only 13 years ago) is inspired by growing Synergizing Leadership Mindset, a “Masterminds mindset – where the goal is to, no matter where you are on the mindset continuum of Dweck and Murphy – we could, SHOULD = GROW SMARTER TOGETHER – by iteratively grow ambidextrously. Going, - from managing tasks, - to growing by leading – by working smarter together.
It is not easy – but it is simple.
You and me – are smarter together – the mindset of growth is set up to grow through three dimensions, fixed, growth, and synergizing – mindset.
