8 年Finalized successfully multiple SAP projects (within time and budget). From my experience these 5 tips are absolutely true. But in my opinion these tips are not unique for SAP projects only. It's more or less part of your basis when you're managing a project. Unfortunately client management is not alway always 'listening' to arguments for ensuring these fundamentals, but pushing hard on a deadline in relation to the costs of the project. That's why it's our job to persist, building up a network of really good people and do our upmost as a professional project manager.
