Managing successful meetings!
Meetings are a very effective way to move things along and resolve business issues. We all seem to spend a lot of time in meetings and I'm always keen to make sure any meeting I manage or attend is as effective as possible.
Do not waste people's time - if you're a small business owner or solopreneur, meetings are an important part of your work - use them as effectively as possible to help you achieve your objectives.
