The open course has been designed to help bring together Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers from different businesses and sectors. If you are looking to develop your leadership skills, improve your ability to remotely manage your team, enhance your knowledge of change management and building remote relationships, this may be the solution for you.
System Group has stepped in to provide a flexible solution that brings learners together from a variety of sectors to ensure that all employers and their employees can benefit from continued professional development that can be funded by the apprenticeship levy.
Our comprehensive and varied learning journey includes self-evaluation activities, e-learning, group workshops, exposure to live projects and much more.
We will include topics like: using new available technology to engage your teams, critical thinking, project management, change strategies and crisis management.
Colleagues will benefit from collaborative and supported working. With a minimum of 8 in your group, you will have access to taught workshops, live webinars, peer to peer learning and all with the full support of your very own skills coach; a subject matter expert who provides 1-2-1 coaching, throughout the duration of the programme, focusing on your individual learning aims, goals and objectives.
This model provides and enhanced and robust learning experience, helping you build confidence, share experiences and best practice, with greater ability to view situations from another perspective and adapting your approach to new working conditions.
