Managing such projects, especially in dynamic industries like petrochemicals, oil & gas, and manufacturing, requires a structured approach. Based on my experience working across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Canada, here is how I manage network design projects and stakeholders to drive success.

Step 1: Define the Scope and Objectives

Clear scope definition is key to a successful project.

Action: Work with stakeholders to identify their needs, goals, and constraints. For example, during my tenure at SABIC, we defined network goals such as reducing transportation costs while maintaining delivery timelines across regions.
