Interview Tips: Multiple Processes

Multiple processes can take a toll when job searching. Gauging your options when multitasking multiple interviews is a challenge many candidates ask me about...

First things first;

It's ok to go through multiple processes, as long as you don't overwhelm yourself. After all, you need to be fully prepared for each one.

What do you need to make sure you do for each process?

1. Do thoroughly research each company. Weigh in what you would like from them in return.
2. Make sure you ask the relevant questions in each interview. This will help you tally the pros and cons of each.
3. Remember, a job process is taxing. Take care of your own mental health when going for multiple processes.

As always, the rule is not to juggle too many job processes. See how many you are comfortable going through and keep to that number, and don't forget to prioritise.
