We know that the real estate market in the fourth quarter of 2021 will continue to ebb and flow as it tries to find balance. However, we are not seeing data that supports the idea of a market crash; just that the market is currently shifting. As it does so, I will be honest, informed and transparent so that you have an accurate and fair expectations of the market you are most interested in.
