I have been lucky enough to work with many insightful people that have helped shape and frame the way I engage in enterprise transformations conversations. Using this model I am helping guide conversations into actionable steps and stages with timelines and success metrics. I have also had the opportunity to work with large organizations that are in the midst of changes. Using this practical model I have had a chance test it and better understand where and when to help (and where and when to stop).

5 å¹´"The Journey Can Be Really Rough For Legacy Teams With Silos." Yes. Appreciate the candor. And your point that Delivery excellence is best served by XP and DevOps, which you reference can take anywhere from 3 - 24 months. Yet most teams never get technical training or coaching (you can correct me, Paul Moore). Lots of good information in this presentation.
