The RSM Switzerland / Alpine play a vital role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing the office / sales team, and ensuring the achievement of our sales objectives.
The location of the new office will be Zurich and the job holder should live nearby - maximum 40 kilometers away
- Develop, implement, and communicate the company's sales strategies and objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Mentor and lead the office / sales team, fostering a culture of success, motivation and accountability.
- Oversee all sales operations, including setting sales targets, sales forecasting, and developing and implementing effective sales processes.
- Meet with key clients, assisting sales manager / sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats and make data-driven sales decisions.
- Monitor and assess the performance of sales manager / sales representatives, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Generate and analyze sales reports and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and report to management.
- Manage the sales and OPEX budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-effective sales operations.
- Lead efforts to expand the customer base, enter new markets, and secure partnerships to support the company's growth.
- Serve as liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
- Analyze, define, and assign sales territories to sales representatives.
- Participate in SKU rationalization and impact on customers and patients.
- Represent Company at trade association meetings to promote product.
- Assist other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
- Assist with product research and development.

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies
- Education: Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
- Experience: 10 years’ experience working Sales
- Specific Skills/ Experience: 10 years’ experience selling Medical Devices to hospitals / operating rooms.
- Good computer skills
- Travel: 30 %
- Language Requirements: fluent in English and German. French would be an asset
