Managing anxiety during times of uncertainty

This video was originally released in July 2020, in the height of the pandemic, but it’s still as relevant now as it was then. As restrictions change, yet again, we are naturally going to experience heightened levels of stress and anxiety as we navigate moving back into the office.

And... that’s not even considering how you may already feel about everything else going on in the world around us right now.

In their latest survey, HSE found that rates of mental health distress in the workplace is increasing - with 822,000 workers suffering from work-related stress, depression or anxiety in 2020/21... a figure that has been dramatically increasing over the last few years.
