Managing projects has never been so much fun. Agile tools and techniques are an iterative and incremental approach to project management that has helped me manage the teams and keep up with the demands of the modern workplace. It has allowed for greater flexibility, transparency, quality, and continuous improvement. It has enabled me to have far more control over my projects. It has empowered me to focus on both, delivering quality and value to the customer, and completing the project within the given project constraints.
