Today, I had the privilege of participating in the #managerslendahand initiative at K?bo in Wuppertal. This program brings together over 1,000 managers from nearly 190 Würth Group companies worldwide, allowing us to work alongside our customers for a day. It's a valuable opportunity to gain insights into their needs and challenges.
