Managers, would this interest you?
As businesses begin to hire their new intake of school leavers and graduates from universities it’s a good time to think about whether you, and other managers are sufficiently equipped to lead, motivate and retain them.
The younger generation of workers (Millennials) are increasingly populating the job market and workplaces are changing dramatically. The younger generation tend to have expectations, attitudes, and behavioural styles that are different from those of Baby Boomers and Generation X. These “different” characteristics pose challenges for many managers.
Through our work with clients of all sizes, and across industry sectors, we have discovered a whole host of disconnects that exist between existing managers and Millennials which ultimately result in lower engagement levels, less than optimal performance, increased stress and higher levels of employee attrition.
We have developed an inspiring one-day “Leading Millennials” workshop to help managers at every level to really understand what makes Millennials different, how to lead them and create the right environment in which they will thrive, succeed and stay with you.
We usually only deliver in-house programmes for our clients but we have had so much interest from leaders and managers about this subject that we are contemplating running open "Leading Millennials" workshops which will be available to any manager regardless of industry sector.
If you would be interested in attending an event like this - or have managers you would like to send - please comment below or message me and I can send you details.

6 年I hear this all the time Richard Stupple... to the point that Millennials can receive bad press. They’re a generation that bring something fresh and new. Let’s embrace their capabilities, coach and mentor them to be the inspiring leaders of the future. Your workshop is much needed.
