Managers: This Is Who You Need to Invest In, and How

Managers: This Is Who You Need to Invest In, and How

I am on a mission to develop stronger leadership at the millennial level (think middle managers at about age 35).?These are the managers that carry your culture and that cause great employees leave.

  • Companies don’t have the bandwidth or resources to develop mid-career leaders, coaching is too expensive, everyone is tired of?the standard multi-day programs, and online self-help guides often don’t suit their needs.
  • The challenges these managers face are not what we typically teach in first-level-leader?programs.?
  • The problems are not simple - they include?keeping people motivated, influencing up and out, delegating without micromanaging or dropping quality and holding people accountable without being too tough.

What do Middle Managers Need?

Before and during Covid I experimented with a number of models to address these needs at a scale that works. Today, I am certain I have the right design to deliver value and give people a great experience – one they will remember for years to come.?

Millenial leaders need practical, personalized, immediately actionable advice on the real challenges they face every day. And they need a community they can share their struggles and co-create solutions with. My new 8-week coaching circle is offering exactly that.

If you have a millennial leader you would like to invest in, please send them my way.?

  • I am interviewing everyone who is interested in attending to make sure I have a good group.
  • This next session will be limited to 6 people.?

Is this the right fit for me or my team member?

There is a free webinar (register here: www.outofthecomfortzone.com) to show people how to clear an hour a week which?they can invest in their own development. Anyone is welcome to attend the webinar.

Details on the program can be found below and at www.outofthecomfortzone.com.
