Managers' roles and responsibilities

Today I want to write about people, which means there are many people in the world who are very good, who are very bad, and who are very simple.?

So, I want to talk about some professionals in any field. I am not at all surprised to say that nowadays managers sitting in prominent positions come out completely useless, they got promotions before time, which did not prove to be suitable for them.

They don't even have any degree to work with, they have just taken short courses and certificates in two or four subjects, they are not intelligent, they are not decision-makers, they are selfish, they do not like to see others progress, don't like to promote anyone and yet they are sitting on big positions called managers of big companies

You must be thinking that if they get a promotion then what is wrong with it (yes you are right, you are not wrong but I would say it is normal) but I would also like to say that in earlier times it was true even today. This happens but nowadays it is considered only selfishness for progress, which is not the right way to get progress.

Only politics, and competition is left, in which the one who is capable does not get anything and the one who is not capable, gets everything, all do the same way, in which most of the people are absolutely correct and those who are worthy, grow ahead. some people do it just for their own sake Whereas what should happen is that when the manager himself is working hard and moving forward, he also moves his team forward, whereas nowadays only the manager moves himself forward and he has nothing to do with the team.

How above kind of manager progressed let me tell you what I just experienced:

My manager didn't know anything and didn't want to do anything good with his juniors, he just wanted to take advantage of them, so what did he do he just gave their work to juniors and only thought about himself which made him selfish, very selfish and also asks them to do their own work as well along with his work and he is just taking rest and enjoying the meal around the campus all the time, unnecessary talks and out of chair for long or for hours. And he never looks at the emails sent to his email box(for that he gives the excuse-What do you think I will this long bunch of emails, just tell me what you have written and even then, also he won't be able to understand), and he never monitors the performances of reportees and?without checking, taking initiative he just take a decision which candidate is good and accordingly he gives a rating, mostly he provides common ratings to all, it means he never chooses anyone except himself.

Even though he is always on leave for a long time and all time, not responsible, he does not teach anything, does not interact with any of his team members, no followups, Even management gave him a promotion, appreciation, and awards without his any work, And if anyone is giving ideas then he shows off to management that this idea is his, not even mentioning the names of his colleagues

What actually is a Manager, Let me tell you:

A manager is something who is responsible, accountable, kind, polite, takes care of his teammates, solves problems among teammates, takes responsibility, helps teammates to achieve work, and proper guidance, and helps everyone, he is totally busy, trains them the best among everyone, work together with team to overcome load and achieve target or work on time, daily followups, daily decision making, not focussing on specific person in a team, he focusses on everyone, provide them appreciations, awards, motivations and promotions whosoever deserves and within time. He always appreciates ideas and mentions to management that this employee or junior is best among others or is good, etc. He doesn't take advantage, he knows who deserves his hard work.?According to me, this kind of manager deserves to be a leader, not just a manager.
