As seen in my last blog, Managerialism vs. Capitalism vs. Communism: Mandevillian Wolves Dressed in Sheep Clothes of Adam Smith & Riane Eisler , for over a century managerialists, industrialists, and policy makers have been ‘squabbling’ over capitalism vs. communism in order to deviate the discussion away from the problems produced by Mandevillian capitalism and Managerial economies.

The Americans and their government have spent over a century fighting foreign wars, persecuting liberals under accusations of being communists, and gaslighting their populations with propaganda about the Evils of the communists in the East. Furthermore, they have spent untold billions in creating a secretive intelligence community to spy on their own citizens, in supposed efforts to protect the country from the ‘Great Evils’ of communism, then Islam. To add insult to injury to the American taxpayer, their government welcomed thousands of German Nazis after WWII into the country, followed by an influx of millions and millions of foreign students, immigrant white-collar and low wage workers into the country since the 1960s, which began under the Kennedy Administration.

As Richard Cook points out in the Kennedy Beacon’s article, “RFK, Jr., and the Hope of Monetary Reform ,”

At one time, the world’s reserve currency was the British pound. After World War II it was the U.S. dollar, an outcome brought about at Bretton Woods in 1944 that later manifested as the “petrodollar” after the international gold standard was dropped in 1971… From this point of view, Douglas had explained the inevitable financial imperative of the British, and later, the American Empire. He had in fact explained the driving force for World Wars I and II, where Great Britain had fought to the death against Germany for commercial motives.

Finally, still facing an insufficiency of purchasing power, a nation would attempt to fill the gap by bank lending, using the fractional reserve system to create the purchasing power through book entries subject to future liquidation upon repayment. Of course, the banking system would skim a large proportion of lending off the top by means of usury; i.e., compound interest. The banking system therefore works to make a bad situation much worse and eventually empties a nation of its purchasing power.?This is where the U.S. finds itself today. Increasingly, individuals and families can only pay their bills by running up ever-increasing credit card debt.

It is obvious from this description why the modern economic system, overseen in particular first by Britain, and then the U.S., was doomed to crash periodically. Such events, disastrous to society at large, were accompanied by a constant state of warfare among nations and individuals through Thomas Hobbes "war of each against all."

Why had no one seen and understood any of this? The answer is that many people have. But today’s failed economic system works to the advantage of so many powerful people, starting with the financiers, but also including the military-industrial complex, the political class who get rich from war, and organized crime. Thus systemic change has proven impossible to bring about.?

But how?should?the gap between production and income be filled, if not through ruinous international competition, warfare, and lending?...

…Zarlenga argued that “the nature of money is a fiat of the law, an invention or creation of mankind,” and that even when money is evaluated in terms of a gold standard, the authority to create money should be the prerogative of sovereign government.?

Zarlenga advocated a reform of US finance based on the creation of a system of government-issued Greenback-type currency that would enter into circulation in fulfillment of government obligations, especially infrastructure investment. Fractional reserve lending would be replaced by a system whereby government-chartered banks would be authorized to lend money they had borrowed in turn from the federal monetary authority.?

Unfortunately, what is being proposed by Cook with ‘greenback-type currency’, which is similar to US Treasury bonds, does not address the fundamental problem of internal mismanagement, party politicking, excessive waste and corruption in banking systems and their regulators. No matter what products, rules and laws are in place, the seat warming ‘civil servants’ in regulatory agencies will turn a blind eye to the amoral and illegal activity going on under their noses. For decades, instead of DEALING with the problems involved, governments and their partners in crime at the IMF and World Bank, have just thrown more of taxpayer’s money into completely corrupt systems. Since the 2008 financial collapse, all sorts of seat-warming and propaganda promoting jobs for entitled Z Gens and ‘experts’ (under DEI, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policies) have been produced from the injection of artificial wealth into American and European urban economies. The only things these workers/consumers care about is shopping and partying, and the world be Damned! In fact, the real agenda of DEI policies is to concentrate consumer spending and voting power into the hands of ‘kids’ who just want to party and live the ‘good life’.

Three Generations of Betancourt Family of Colombia – From JFK’s Administration to Present

The case study of Ingrid Betancourt , and her father, mother and sister starting in the 1950s is a case in point. The social mobility afforded to her family over two generations demonstrates that social mobility through affirmative action in educational and employment opportunities has been detrimental to everyone. Everyone, except for a few social climbing gold-diggers and con artists. These people are brought up with a desire to be ‘rich and famous’, instead of to be civically minded citizens. The system has just produced groups of entitled immigrant narcissists in the ‘American Dream’, who believe that being ‘smart’ is knowing how to ‘work the system’ and Cash In. These ‘values’ and ‘principles’ are the exact antithesis of the early Puritan and Quaker Colonists and American Founding Fathers. Over the centuries the ‘American Dream’ has been transformed and deformed into one which embraces the imperialistic and oppressive values and principles of the British empire begun under Queen Elizabeth I and which ended in decay and self-destruction under the reign of Queen Elizabeth II! She has left the UK and Commonwealth in shambles, and King Charles and Royal family are so plagued with in-fighting and over-inflated egos that they will eventually be obligated to abdicate, as will the Spanish King Felipe and social-climbing, journalist, Queen Letizia. ?

As explained in the article by Burton Bollag, “Student Loans: A Slippery Lifeline” (2001), Ingrid’s father, Gabriel Betancourt (1918–2002), began his stellar career in Colombian and international politics by procuring a loan to study abroad from his employer. ???

The world’s first national student loan program, according to [Jamil] Salmi, was established because one graduate wanted to share his good fortune with others. In the late 1940s, Gabriel Betancourt, a young Colombian from a poor family, persuaded the manager of the company he worked for to lend him money to study abroad. He was so grateful for the opportunity that, after graduating, he successfully lobbied the Colombian government to establish a permanent loan mechanism. In 1950, he became founding director of the Colombian Student Loan Institution. The institution continues providing loans today, but only to 6 percent of students— down from a high of 12 percent—due to a lack of government support.

Betancourt served as Colombian Minister of Education (1955-56 and 1966-68) and headed the education commission of the Alliance for Progress which was created by the Kennedy Administration in 1961. The organization’s mission was to establish economic cooperation between the US and Latin America. In 1969, a study to assess its effectiveness was commissioned by Richard Nixon, with NY Governor Nelson Rockefeller to head it. He wrote in his report that, ?

This organization, and affirmative action educational programs have been failures from start to finish. The Fulbright Student program, administered by the US State Department, and promoted by jet-setting ‘philanthrope’, Harriet Fulbright , and alumnae of my alma mater, Foxcroft School , is another case in point. As my sister pointed out years ago, Foxcroft has gone totally Woke and ‘pro-black and anti-white’. And, it has done so because all of the old-guard WASP Robber Baron heiresses (Astors, Guests, Mellons, Vanderbilt, Whitneys, etc.) are too busy shopping and hanging out in country clubs to notice, or care what is happening in their homes, communities, and country! The NYC Dutch ‘knickerbockers’ and Robber Barons of the 1800s usurped power from the WASP Founding Fathers, and have been exploiting the country’s natural and human resources ever since. All of the famine plague countries across the globe seem to forget that it was the Americans which created the ‘dust bowl’ and Great Depression first! ?????

Ingrid Betancourt and Harriet Fulbright are just two of the many women in my global networks, which I have contacted in the past seeking partners for my ‘Expat Wives Club’ Global Expat project . The financial success of social networking IT platforms such as Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter have demonstrated their enormous profit potential. And, while my target markets for Global Expats networking platform are ‘trailing-spouses’, ‘stay-at-home’ moms and homemakers whose disposable income is related to their spouse’s career, these women control 80% of consumer decision spending. So, the revenue potential from advertisers is as much, if not more, than dating, career, and gossip spreading websites. Even though participation in the project would have made them very wealthy, and would help ensure that the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were achieved. They, and other ‘champions of the people’ have not been interested.

I was one of the few French expats in Bogota who supported Ingrid’s 2002 ‘green party’ presidential platform, which had been based on anti-corruption and Peace. Even though I thought her campaign promises were na?ve, and demonstrated a lack of appreciation of the complexity of issues. Her high-profile publicity campaign in France as the ‘Jean d’Arc of Colombia’, before announcing her presidential campaign in Bogota, was brilliant. She gained enormous press coverage with her PR stunts in France. However, in the interim decades, she has just shown herself to be another empty-rhetoric, puppet politician without convictions, morals, integrity or brains. Unfortunately, she is just another in a long list of politicians who have come and gone, with delusions of grandeur, empty rhetoric, and an entourage of groupies who just show up for the parties and festivities.

Apart from Gabriel Betancourt’s involvement in the Alliance for Progress and Kennedy Administration, he served as Permanent Delegate to the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Like other expatriates, staffers within the UN, World Bank, and IMF (and their spouses and families) are motivated by generous salaries and benefits packages. They receive housing allowances and tuition reimbursement for them and their families to attend exclusive private prep school and ivy league colleges. They are also given generous expense accounts, which pay for lavish lunches, dinners, retreats, propaganda workshops, and other forms of entertainment. As a consequence, they are even more arrogant and entitled than the American ruling elite they are emulating, or government ‘officials’ and civil servants they are supposed to be overseeing.

Instead of SERVING the People, staffers spend their time jet-setting around the world propagating Woke, illiberal propaganda, and live in a fantasy world created by ‘learned experts’, corporate moguls, and Titania McGrath style social media influencer groupies. As seen in the CNBC article, “‘The Davos underground’: A final take on the secretive parties of the world’s rich and powerful ,” taxpayers are footing the bill for all these ‘experts’ to attend lavish meetings and make ‘back room’ deals, and I quote,?

Even though the IMF, World Bank, and UN were created in order to prevent the rise to power of another Adolf Hitler and World War. They have been In Bed with the American and British governments (whose imperialistic agendas are the same as the German Nazis) since their creation in the 1940s. However, since the 1990s power bases and alliances of the Asians, Africans, Middle Easterners, and Latin Americans in them have expanded, and these factions have been in competition with the Americans and Europeans for control of the organizations and their policies. Their activity is illegal under US federal laws and international conventions and treaties. However, ‘authorities’, the legal community, and Washington ‘polite society’ are too busy living the ‘American Dream’ to notice, or care. ??

While Joseph Stiglitz forced resignation as Chief Economist of the World Bank in 2000 , should have been a ‘Wakeup call’ to the press, policy makers, and general public. And, the early resignation of its President, Dr. Jim Yong Kim (Obama appointee) in 2019 and David Malpass (Trump appointee) in 2023 should have raised alarm bells. The events were just passing headline news for paparazzi passing themselves off as journalists, without serious questions being asked about WHAT is going on within these organizations! As long as the injection of artificial wealth into Washington’s economy, and its ‘party hardy’ culture, continues everyone will continue to ‘drink the Kool Aid’ of the ‘propagandists’ who accuse anyone who disagrees with them of being a ‘conspiracy theorists’ and ‘paranoid’! International Community in DC – Protected Under Diplomatic Immunity or Guilty under Foreign Registration Act (FARA)?

As Biden’s report, “Domestic Violent Extremism Poses Heightened Threat in 2021 ,” demonstrates the extremist ideologies of the ‘domestic violent extremists’ (DVEs) pose as much threat to American security as the jihad terrorists which have been under surveillance and scrutiny by the ‘intelligence’ community (and press) since the 9/11 attacks. In fact, the Islamists are the only group which has been scrutinized, whereas other religious groups and cults have been ignored, and their terrorist cells have been allowed to flourish. The report has been used to attack Trump supporters in the Jan. 6th Insurrection. But, it is just as applicable to the illiberals as the ‘Proud Boys’ and ‘Moms for America ’, etc. Trump, nor his supporters, CAUSED the Insurrection. What CAUSED the Insurrection was that Congress and its staffers have been ignoring and denigrating their constituency, while in the pockets of lobbyists, corporations, and oligarchs for generations. And, those who have been marginalized and ‘forgotten’ are getting angrier and angrier. ????

A jurisprudence set in the case against Susan Lindauer , a journalist, Congressional staffer for Democrats, and CIA ‘asset’/spy, sets a dangerous precedent for the international community in DC. Lindauer’s story is reminiscent of the Hollywood movie, “Fair Game ” with Sean Penn and Naomi Watts, which was based on the true story of CIA agent Valeria Plame, and husband Joe Wilson. It is also reminiscent of RFK, Jr.’s daughter-in-law, and campaign manager, Amaryllis Fox Kennedy !

And if his campaign hopes to win the election in November, Amaryllis needs to apply the same ideologies and methodologies in examining the ‘terrorist cells’ which control DC (and the party politicking of the Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, ‘green parties’, etc.) as she did while at the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. While there she designed an algorithm (“ratio of hookah bars to madrassas and percentage beneath livable wage a border guard gets paid”) to identify likely terrorist safe havens. It was this research which procured a job for Amaryllis with the CIA, who at 22 became one of their youngest female officers. The ‘algorithms’ regarding ratios of ‘bars’, ‘madrassas’, and percentage beneath livable wage ‘workers’ which I have examined are in DC, rather than poor villages in conflict zones. And, they include the ‘movers and shakers’ at national and international levels going back generations—just like socialites are ‘groomed’ to do from early childhood. Socialites are trained to know who is who, what everyone is doing, and how they are interconnected in order to direct ‘polite society’ and maneuver within it. Amaryllis is from a privileged background in American and London society, and just applied the methodologies she learned during her childhood to her thesis and ‘spy’ work. She was smart enough to figure out how they applied to real life in someone else’s ‘garden’. But, needs to understand how they are applicable in her own ‘garden’. ???

One of the complex issues, and networks involved, are those exposed in Amaryllis’s Netflix documentary series, The Business of Drugs . The series investigates the supply chains, social effects, and legal issues specific to the drugs: cocaine, synthetics, heroin, meth, opioids, and cannabis. Unfortunately, what she examines has been discussed Ad Nauseum by filmmakers, investigative reporters, think tanks, academia, policy makers, and film festivals. But, the problems continue as does substance abuse (illegal and legal), because ‘polite society’ does not want to deal with their self-destructive lifestyles, and addictions they create! The people who produce, watch, and promote the documentaries are the same who are producing the problems they pretend to be concerned about!

She, and RFK, Jr.’s campaign need to ask the same question of the US State Department and Congress that I asked them at the American Embassy in Bogota in 1999. They were ‘selling’ Plan Colombia to the members of the American Women’s Club of Bogota (FAWCO, chapter). At the end of the presentation, I stood up and said “It is ALL well and good to get rid of drug production in supplier countries. However, as long as the insatiable demand for drugs in the US continues, getting rid of the production here will just make it move elsewhere!!” Of course, my question was not ‘liked’ by the civil servant making the presentation, nor the other AWC members! One of the reasons my children did not attend the American schools in Bogota, was to keep them away from the rampant drug consumption problems in them caused by their social climbing, control freak, abusive, and neglectful mothers (and fathers). Unfortunately, the other international schools in the city were filled with many of the same dysfunctional family dynamics, but at least their children were not quite so advanced in their experimentation with dangerous drugs as the Americans. ??

Lindauer was arrested in 2004 and charged with “acting as an unregistered agent of a foreign government” in violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) and Patriot Act. Charges against her were eventually dropped, under the contention that she was ‘delusional’ and unfit to stand trial—even though the ’delusional’ people in the case were the prosecution and presiding judge !!! However, the case demonstrates once again how the Woke illiberals have set themselves up for a Fall under the norms and standards, they themselves have established in court systems.

In past decades, a number of foreign spies from Russia have been investigated and prosecuted in the US, while their children have been thrown into precarious legal problems, including citizenship rights claims . Only about 4% of populations, regardless of race, religion, gender, etc., are highly intelligent. However, 35% of labor markets have college degrees, and 14% have MBAs and PhDs, with less than 1% coming from exclusive ivy league colleges. Unfortunately, the elitist schools (along with prep schools ) have reinforced the narcissistic beliefs in their students that they are ‘special’ and will ‘do great things’ in life, the ends justify the means, and destroy or be destroy competition is just capitalism at work. Their students are pampered, spoiled narcissists from ‘rich and powerful’ families. Or they are social climbing, brown-nosers and con-artists who do well on standardized tests, and in exchange have been given scholarships, grants, and loans to pay for diplomas which provide them entry into the ‘upper crust’s’ job and marriage markets.

In both cases, these schools do not produce or empower the ‘best and the brightest’, or instill in their students a sense of civic duty and ‘leadership’ abilities. The jealousies and exploitative competition created by the situation is of epidemic proportions and creating so many problems in workplaces that even the ivory tower CEOs are starting to complain and squabble on Twitter/X about the chaos being created. ?

Even though the HR management industry was created in order to increase efficiency and economies of scale in production of goods and services, and thereby maximize profits. It, and its ideologies, have been hijacked by Woke feminist and minoritist factions and psychobabble ‘experts’, since the 1960s. This industry has been degrading and eroding the Rights of workers in labor markets for decades, with absolutely no resistance from labor unions, labor law lawyers , civil and worker’s rights non-profits and activists, or entitled workers who complain, but do nothing. As long as artificial wealth continues to be created, and urban workers are appeased with job creation, they will support the status quo, no matter how much they are oppressed and dominated. The new opiate of the masses are shopping malls, entertainment centers, and TikTok accounts.?
