A management structure emphasizes rationality as well as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Most Managers' energies are directed toward goals, resources, organization structures, or people, in the other hand a manager is a problem solver. The manager finds: What problems must be solved, and what are the best ways to achieve results for the organization? And what are the best ways to direct the subordinators towards achieving their targets or commitments?? From this angle, leadership is a practical effort to direct toward goals and to fulfill team members' tasks, sometimes most managers would like to create a new business problem in the workgroup. Because sometimes it will significantly create more competition among the team members.

A manager needs to that many people manage effectively and efficiently at different levels or different categories of status and responsibility. To become a good manager, it is not necessary to be a film star or a hero in society.? persistence, tough-mindedness, hard work, intelligence, teamwork, analytical ability, positive thinking, and perhaps most importantly, tolerance and goodwill. However, the manager tries to build up his power within the organization and some managers try to train to create friends in the team. Because it will be a strategy for overcoming future threats against his position or maybe a business goal.

Leaders work in the opposite direction. Where managers plan to daily or monthly targets, leaders will plan clear goals to long-term problems and open new ideas to new opportunities. To be a Valuable and remarkable leader must respect other people's ideas, criticism, and complaints. We can find some most popular leaders like Barack Obama, Nelson Mandela, and George Washington. They never worked for themself. They only worked for the public. Most leaders like to work with enthusiasm. They also guide the team members every time. And they will not give up their team members when he or she faced difficult situations.

But I believe one thing if you want to become a good leader, you should have the below-mentioned qualities as follows.
