Deputy Manager/Manager -Tax & VAT?

Job description:

He/She will monitors all tax activities and ensure timely completion and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations at the our client BD entity.

Will assist the Accounts In-Charges in preparing all tax compliance, quarterly and annual tax provisions.

Will work with tax consulting firm, BD seniors and maintain liaison with tax advisors, Lawyer, Revenue and Customs.

Ensure that tax returns are filed in accordance with tax authorities.

Manage company's tax documentation to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date. Help to meet all information data requests related to the tax documentation.

Educational Requirements:

Master degree in Accounting, ITP.

Strong knowledge of Tax & VAT laws and procedures & outstanding analytical skills. Fluent and excellent English communication skills.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years, preferably with a large company, Proactive and positive attitude

Highly developed analytical and organizational skills who believes in excellence and quality standards.

Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and enjoys challenges. Ability to travel to various locations in Bangladesh.
